Lacy built her career inside the creative photography and beauty space before expanding into full-scale brand operations. As Creative Director at mediabylaci and Director of Operations at @plantitashaircare, she understands firsthand what it takes to scale an aesthetic brand without sacrificing quality.
Through her creative agency, EVA STUDIO (@evamediasocial), Lacy helps beauty, hair, esthetician, and wellness professionals transition from random posting to consistent, high-converting social media ecosystems.
With years of hands-on experience directing brand shoots and managing top-tier social accounts, she has honed what truly drives client bookings and what is just fleeting noise.
